mae cardiau post byth yn mynd adre

Mi wnes i ddod ardraws gwaith Diango Hernandez yn y TATE. Mae 'my postcards never get home' yn darnau fach o collage o cardiau post wedi'w gosod ar papur llun hydeiml lle mae'r lliwiau yn newid gyda golau rhwng y gwagle.
Mae Hernandez yn chwilio am wahanol syniadau gyda cof a newidiadau i adlewyrchu ar y hiraeth i cadw math o parhaol a sefydlogiad.
Teimlais fod cyflwyniad syml y gwaith yn aethetig dymunol. Dwin meddwl os fyse'r gwaith yn rhy brysur fyse Hernandez yn colli yn teimlad tyner am ei waith.

I came across the works of Diango Hernandez in the TATE. 'my postcards never get home' is a collage of small pieces of post cards that have been placed on photographic paper, where the colours change with light between the spaces.
Hernandez looks for different ideas with memory and changes to reflect on the longing to keep a state of permanent and fixation.
I felt that the way Hernandez presented his work was aesthetically pleasing. I feel if the collage was too busy, it would lose its softness, I think his minimal approach to his collages is really effective. I like the simplicity of this work by Diango Hernandez.

Mi ddaru gwaith Wannes Goetschalckx cymryd fy sylw, er fod o yn 11 ffilm bydol or arlunwr yn gwneud defod bob dydd mewn ffilmiau bach wedi'w gwasgaru ar draws llawr y galeri. Dwin teimlo fod hyn yn darn fawr or rheswm fod ei waith yn cymryd eich sylw. Mae'r gwaith yma gan Goetschalckx gyda perthynas hefo fy ngwaith fy hun. Dwi gyda diddordeb mewn ffilm byr o pethau syml ond yn effeithiol, wyrach pethau dychi ddim fel arfer yn meddwl am a dwin ffeindio y ffordd yma o feddwl yn diddorol. Yr unig peth negyddol teimlaid i am y waith yma yw fod o bach yn llwyfan ar ryw lefel. Wyrach dwi'n ffeindio hwn yn negyddol oherwydd dwin hoffi pethau sydd yn mwy naturiol.

Wannes Goetschalckx took my attention at the TATE, 11 films of the artist doing his daily routine spread across the gallery floor. I feel that the mass of this work is partly the reason it takes your attention as soon as you enter the room. This work by Goetschalckx is in relation to mine. I am interested in short films of simple, mundane things, everyday tasks that you usually ignore. I find this really interesting and I enjoy paying attention to these aspects in life. I feel that the simplicity in these films are really effective and draws you in. What I think would work better is if these films were less staged, more natural, I think it would work well with the theme of the work, it being everyday routines in everyday life.
